Memoirs of my travels to various and sometimes forgotten places on the map. I search for the unknown, the abandoned, the odd..and of course all the beauty and mystery that goes along with it. I will experience and then record my encounters with the notion that ..maybe..perhaps...this blog will entertain you...even if for just a few moments. Exploring town
Spent the day visiting museums and a settlers village. Also hit some antique shops and bought : creepy clown mug with three eyes, mosaic flower pot, and a collectible tin( all things we didn't really need) toured historic buildings including St Joseph's cathedral which hasn't been touched by disaster or decomposition in over 200 years. We even got some geocaching in. Breakfast this morning was in the courtyard .. In the area where the gallows once stood. We were served an egg casserole that tg couldn't eat because of the green peppers... But the chocolate chip muffins were good. no ghostly encounters were reported by any of the guests today. Apparently all is calm with the jailhouse spirits.
